1. Nairobi and environs: You can pay on delivery; pay when your order arrives. The only exception is for gift deliveries, when the order recipient is not the one paying. We advise the client placing the order to make the payment for the order to avoid inconveniencies on delivery.
2. Other parts of Kenya: Pay before or on dispatch (i.e., before the order ships or as it’s being prepared).

Payment Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, payment must be completed on or before dispatch.
